The feeder is designed to hold 3 corn cobs on nails. It is 12" long, 3" tall and made of pine. The squirrels can sit on the bench while enjoying their corn. We use pine instead of pressure treated lumber to eliminate the chemicals in pressure treated wood from contaminating the corn the birds and squirrels are eating. We paint the table with non-toxic paint suitable for children's toys.
